How can I pay?
All payments are processed by paypal. We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards supported by VISA, Mastercard, DISCOVER or AMEX, whether your card is locally issued or a foreign-issued one.
Do you ship to all countries?
Yes, we have satisfied costumers all around the globe. Please feel free to ask us any quote for a specific country. Currently, we only ship within the USA we free shipping.
How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at email@example.com.
When will I receive my items?
All items are made to order and will ship out within 72 hours. More than 85% of our orders are delivered within 2 weeks of order date. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the items to arrive since our items are coming overseas and from different warehouses and manufacturers.
I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?
When you order multiple items at a time some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple warehouses or manufacturers. You may receive one item before the next. Don't worry, you will get all of your items.
Is the quality guaranteed?

Will I have to pay any custom/taxes/duties?
Deliveries go through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival. It’s also best to check with your local laws to see when you would have to pay duties/taxes on imported purchases and for what kinds of items.
Can I get a refund?
Yes within 30 days of purchase. The Misty Shop is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you! The product must be sent back in its original package and intact.
I Received the wrong item.
If you have received an order with the wrong item – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use this information to correct your order.
